Noel Santos has directed campaigns and brand systems for some of the world's most recognised companies — including P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, Bayer, Pernod Ricard, Lion Nathan, Ingham's and GSK — across retail, shopper marketing and brand activation.
His work has run across 11 APAC markets — including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia — balancing brand storytelling with commercial performance at scale.
A multiple APMA / SHOP! ANZ award winner across Gold, Silver and Bronze categories, Noel has also been recognised internally by P&G across two AMEA/APAC categories for creative effectiveness — Old Spice (2023) and Head & Shoulders (2024).
Under his creative direction, Brand World Consultants became one of a select group of agencies globally accredited by P&G for AI-assisted key visual production — integrating Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and Claude with real on-camera talent to deliver photographic-quality assets at speed and scale. He brings together craft, strategy and emerging technology to deliver premium creative efficiently.
Known for being both conceptual and hands-on, he believes great design speaks without saying a word — shaping how people think, feel and act at the moment of decision.
Away from client briefs, Noel is a husband and father of five based in Sydney. A drawing artist at heart, his creative practice extends beyond the screen — sketching, illustration and traditional craft, including the linocut self-portrait that appears throughout his personal brand. He believes the best creative work comes from the full spectrum of lived experience — and that understanding is inseparable from everything he makes.
